SHIPPING

Wisebliss ships to most US and Canada locations. Orders placed online ship within 1-3 business days via FedEx Home Delivery. Smaller online order ship via USPS. You will receive an email confirmation with free tracking once your package ships.

EXCHANGES & RETURN 

We want you to be happy with your product. Wisebliss will offer an exchange for items not completely satisfactory. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Because some orders include free shipping we do not offer shipping and handling credit on returned or exchanged merchandise.
